Please submit payment (1 fee per student to cover five months of Odyssey costs incurred by your coaches) and then, when the form prompts you, please let us know your desired t-shirt sizes.

Scholarship Assistance
Do you need confidential scholarship assistance this year?
All costs are covered for any kids who qualify for scholarships during the regular season. We will also help pull together financial assistance should your team advance to state or international rounds of the tournament, utilizing local, regional, and national funding. To qualify, please upload an image of your free/reduced lunch letter or a document that shows proof of enrollment in a program such as Medicaid/children's health insurance. Questions? Your coach will receive $40 for supplies, snacks, and team costs, and the remainder of your payment will cover things the coaches will organize together including our kid-designed Glebe team t-shirts, “Spontaneous” team-building practice materials, and a team access pass to the Upcycle Center for Reuse in Alexandria.

Students on scholarship will have all costs covered confidentially during the regular season, but please make sure we have your request for the fee waiver and the appropriate paperwork. Thank you so much.
